Matthew Matt James was conceived in North Carolina, on the 5th December 1991. He is the child of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. The mother of Manny James was caucasian while his father was Nigerian. In 2010, he graduated of Sanderson High School and furthered to Wake Forest University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015. James was famous after he appeared on The Bachelorette as a reality TV celebrity. In the year 2020, he was selected to play the role of bachelor on The Bachelor's season 25, becoming one of the very initial African American male lead which will premiere in 2021. James was the best selection for the role since he's rounded, tall and has good humor. Rachael Krokconnell won the competition because James decided to enter into an intimate relationship with her. James danced with Arnold, who was famous at the time to participate in the season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James as well as Arnold placed 12th on the show.
