Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actor who is employed in television and film, is well known for movies such as Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. As the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra began her professional career in showbiz early. Her roles included lead characters in dramas on television as young as 16 years old.
